Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery

  • Contact us through our website or email with your order number

  • Return the item within 30 days after notifying us

 

​Eligibility for Return (All Customers)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be included

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Final sale items such as clearance, discounted, or special promotion products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

Return Approval & Instructions

Once approved, you will receive:

  • A return confirmation email

  • The return shipping address

  • Any additional instructions (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
