International Shipping & Handling Calculation Policy

(Quantity-Based Orders)

1. International Shipping Availability

Ministering Angel Merch ships internationally to select countries. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination and order size. All international orders are subject to customs regulations of the destination country.

 

2. Shipping Rate Structure (Based on Quantity)

International shipping and handling fees are calculated based on:

  • Number of items in the order

  • Item type (T-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, jackets)

  • Total package weight and dimensions

  • Destination county

 

Estimated International Shipping & Handling Fees

Small Orders

1–2 T-Shirts

  • Estimated Cost: $18 – $30 USD

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days

 

Medium Orders

3–5 T-Shirts OR 1 Hoodie/Sweater

  • Estimated Cost: $30 – $55 USD

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–25 business days

 

Large Orders

6–10 T-Shirts OR 2–3 Hoodies/Sweaters

  • Estimated Cost: $55 – $90 USD

  • Estimated Delivery: 12–30 business days

 

Heavy / Bulk Orders

Jackets, Bombers, or 10+ Items

  • Estimated Cost: $90+ USD

  • Estimated Delivery: 15–35 business days

  • A custom shipping invoice may be required before fulfillment

 

3. Handling Time

  • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are shipped after payment verification and quality inspection

  • Customized or limited-edition items may require additional handling time

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee

  • Ministering Angel Merch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

 

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided for most international shipments

  • Tracking updates may be limited once the package enters the destination country

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress

 

6. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Unclaimed at customs

 

The customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees (if applicable)

  • Any customs or carrier charges

 

Refunds will exclude all shipping and handling costs.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • International transit times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Ministering Angel Merch is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of shipment

 

8. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping address details

  • Ensuring local import regulations allow the ordered items

 

Ministering Angel Merch is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or rejected due to local regulations.

 

9. Policy Updates

International shipping rates and delivery estimates are subject to change without prior notice due to carrier or customs adjustments.
